1. Who is Art Of Visual?

Art Of Visual is a creative studio specialising in visual business communication, including brand identity, graphic design, photography, video production and animation. For questions about this privacy policy, contact artofvisual@everybodyappy.nl.

2. What data do I collect?

Through the contact form, I process the data you enter yourself:

• Name
• Email address
• Companysnaam (optioneel)
• Phone number (optioneel)
• Indicative budget (optioneel)
• Your message about your project

I also process technical data needed for the website to function, such as your IP address and browser data. This is processed by my hosting provider.

3. What do I use your data for?

I use your data only to:

• Contact you in response to your message
• Assess your question or project request
• Prepare a quote or follow-up appointment

I do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without separate permission.

4. Legal basis

I process your data based on:

• Your consent, given by ticking the box in the contact form
• My legitimate interest in handling contact requests and providing my services

5. Retention period

Messages through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless there is an ongoing or planned assignment. In that case, I keep the data as long as needed for the agreement and my legal administration obligations.

6. Sharing with third parties

I do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be processed by parties that support me with hosting the website or handling contact requests, such as a hosting provider or email service. Processing agreements are made where required.

7. Cookies and external services

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Google Fonts is used to load fonts. Google may process technical data for this. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

8. Security

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object and transfer your personal data. You can exercise these rights by emailing artofvisual@everybodyappy.nl.
