Art Of Visual is the creative studio of Fabian Schlosser. A client is any person or organisation requesting a quote, assignment or creative service.
2. Quotes and assignments
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of request. An assignment starts after written approval of the quote, scope and planning.
3. Cooperation and input
The client provides all required input, files, feedback and approvals on time. Delays caused by missing input may affect planning and delivery.
4. Creative work
Creative work is performed with professional care and attention. Taste is subjective, so clear feedback rounds and agreed deliverables are used to keep the process focused.
5. Payment
Payment terms, phases and possible deposits are agreed in the quote. Additional work outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.
6. Rights and usage
Usage rights are transferred or licensed as agreed after payment. Source files, third-party assets and music rights are only included when explicitly agreed.
7. Liability
Art Of Visual is not liable for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client, nor for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting or services.
